General: This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management, across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
Entry Requirement-:
While there are entry requirements defined in the training package, the VCE requires the following criteria to be met.
· Applicants must be minimum 18 years of age at the time of commencement
· Successful completion of Diploma qualification within the Business training package or similar qualification or higher
· Minimum IELTS score of 5.5 or PTE score of 42 or Certificate III in EAL or its equivalent
In addition,
· Applicants should have basic computer and MS Office skills (Word, Excel and Power Point) and all the student has to go through LLN assessment test
Pathways into the qualification: Candidates may enter the qualification through a number of entry points including two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise or by completed a Diploma or higher level qualification from BSB Training Package.
Vocational or Educational outcomes: Students can go into a range of employment or further study options, including studies at higher education level.
