- Applicants must be minimum 18 years of age at the time of commencement
- Successful completion of year XII and Diploma qualification in any training package or similar qualification or higher
- Minimum IELTS score of 6.0 or PTE score of 52 or Certificate III in EAL or its equivalent

- Applicants should have basic computer and MS Office skills (Word, Excel and Power Point) and all the student has to go through LLN assessment test
