General: This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply highly specialized knowledge and skills, together with experience in the field of organisational learning and capability development, across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

Entry Requirement: While there are no entry requirements defined in the training package, the VCEA requires the following criteria to be met.

  • Applicants must be minimum 18 years of age at the time of commencement
  • Successful completion of year XII and Diploma qualification in any training package or similar qualification or higher
  • Minimum IELTS score of 6.0 or PTE score of 50 or Certificate III in EAL or its equivalent

In addition,

  • Applicants should have basic computer and MS Office skills (Word, Excel and Power Point) and all the student has to go through LLN assessment test

Pathways into the qualification: Candidates may enter the qualification through a number of entry points including substantial vocational experience, in management but without a formal qualification.

Vocational or Educational outcomes: Students can go into a range of employment or further study options, including studies at higher education level.
